White-label requirements
White label lets you resell gibeon.io under your own brand. Your logo, your colour, your domain, your price. We take care of the platform on our side.
Since May 2026, white label is included in the Agency plan (the standard reseller tier), or available as a €79/month add-on on Pro or Business for single-brand whitelabel scenarios.
Two paths
Path 1, Agency tier (full reseller, €249/month):
- Suited to anyone who manages many customers under their own brand
- Unlimited sub-accounts (each one a customer environment of its own)
- Pool of 20 screens included + €8 per extra screen above the pool
- Whitelabel and Priority Support both included, no extra fee
- Sub-account management from one billing account
Path 2, Pro/Business + €79 Whitelabel add-on:
- Suited to anyone who wants one brand of their own without a reseller structure
- Pro €99 + €79 = €178/month or Business €198 + €79 = €277/month
- Per-screen overage €5/screen (Pro/Business rate) above 10 included
- No sub-account management, no Priority Support included
For most reseller cases you choose Agency. For “I want my own brand but no multi-customer reseller portal” you choose Pro or Business + the Whitelabel add-on.
What you need (Agency path)
- An active Agency subscription (€249 per month or €2,490 per year)
- A logo (SVG or PNG, transparent) and a primary colour (hex code)
- A domain of your own or a subdomain for the CMS, for example
app.yourcompany.com - A company with a VAT number for invoicing
What is included (Agency)
- Fully white-label CMS, no gibeon.io name visible to your sub-account customers
- Unlimited sub-accounts, each a separate customer environment with full data isolation
- Pool of 20 screens shared across your sub-accounts
- €8 per extra screen above the pool (see pricing and plans)
- Priority email support included
- API + webhooks
- Hosting, monitoring, security and updates stay on our side
- One contact person at gibeon.io for all technical escalations
What stays limited
- The visual frame can be customised (logo, colour, font), the structural UI cannot, and there is no separate feature set per sub-account
- Email communication to end customers goes through your email address and domain
- Customer contact is your responsibility; technical escalations go through your partner contact person
Pricing example
Say: 38 sub-account customers with an average of 1.5 screens each = 60 screens in total (real-estate distribution). Under Agency:
| Item | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Agency base | €249 | |
| Pool covers | 20 screens | €0 |
| Extra screens above the pool | 40 × €8 | €320 |
| Total per month | €569 (€9.48/screen) |
What you charge your sub-account customers is your own choice. Your margin sits between your Agency total and what you pass on.
Lead time
Between contract signing and your first live customer: about 5 business days, split up as:
- Day 1: contract and billing setup
- Day 2-3: process the branding package (logo, colour, domain DNS)
- Day 4-5: test account + activate the first screens
What if it does not work
How many sub-accounts may I have on an Agency plan
Unlimited. Sub-accounts are free, there is no separate sub-account fee on the invoice. You only pay €8 per screen above the pool of 20 screens, however those screens are spread over your sub-accounts.
What if I temporarily have no customers on the platform
Your Agency subscription keeps running monthly at €249. Without sub-accounts and screens you only pay that base. Cancellable monthly.
What is the difference between Agency and Business + Whitelabel
Agency (€249) includes sub-account management with full data isolation between customers. Business + Whitelabel (€198 + €79 = €277) is white label for one organisation, perfect if you want to run one brand of your own without a multi-customer portal. At ~50+ screens, Business + Whitelabel becomes cheaper than Agency.
Do I get my own Play Store app
Not as standard. The gibeon.io player and the gibeon.io app stay under the gibeon.io name in the Play Store. The CMS your customers use is fully white label, though. For a branded Play Store app of your own, ask for a tailor-made quote.
Thanks for your feedback.
