Zabun integration
The Zabun integration syncs your active properties from Zabun (Max Immo) to gibeon.io. Unlike Whise or Omnicasa, Zabun needs per-customer credentials that we activate for you. You submit a short request and our team takes over.
What the integration does
- Syncs active properties from Zabun to gibeon.io
- Fetches photos, price, surface area, type, status and description
- Refreshes every 15 minutes
- Works offline on the players
- One integration per Zabun office
Requirements
- An active Zabun account with API access
- API credentials from Zabun. If you do not have them yet, request them from Zabun. We help you find the right contact person if you get stuck.
Request the integration
- Sign in to app.gibeon.io.
- Go to Design › Data, click New source and choose Real estate connection.
- Choose Zabun.
- Click Request connection.
- Our team contacts you within one working day to collect the credentials and activate the integration.
You see the status of your request under Design › Data, and for a real estate office also on the Overview. As soon as we approve or reject the integration, you get an email.
As soon as we activate the integration, the first sync starts automatically. With a few hundred properties, it takes 1 to 2 minutes. For a real estate office, you then see one of your properties in your own layout on the Overview. With Go live, your screens show your own properties instead of the sample properties.

Sync
It refreshes every 15 minutes. Changes in Zabun are on your screen within a quarter of an hour. A manual sync starts with Sync now on the integration page.
If it does not work
How long until my integration is active
We contact you within one working day. The actual activation depends on how quickly the credentials are available on the Zabun side. Usually count on 1 to 3 working days in total.
No properties found after activation
The integration works, but Zabun returns no active properties for this office. Check in Zabun whether there are properties with status “for sale” or “for rent”. Archived properties do not come along.
A sold property stays on the screen
By default, a sold property stays visible with a “Sold” overlay until its status in Zabun is finally archived. You adjust the grace period in the template or turn off the “Sold” overlay.
Can I connect several Zabun offices
Yes, from the Pro plan. On Free and Starter, one integration fits. Request a separate integration per office. Wait with the next office until the previous request is approved, because a new request replaces a request that is still waiting. Per screen, you then choose which properties of which office you show.
A field I need is missing
Email [email protected] with the name of the Zabun field. We extend the mapping if the field is available through the Zabun API.
