Omnicasa integration
The Omnicasa integration syncs your active properties from Omnicasa to gibeon.io. No API key needed: you only give your Customer ID and we take care of the rest on our side.
What the integration does
- Syncs active properties from Omnicasa to gibeon.io
- Fetches photos, price, surface area, type and description
- Refreshes every 15 minutes, or right away with Sync now
- Works offline on the players
- One integration per Omnicasa office
Requirements
- An Omnicasa account
- Your Omnicasa Customer ID (a number, for example
166)
Your Customer ID is the same number you see in Omnicasa URLs or invoices. Ask your Omnicasa contact if you cannot find it right away.
Request the integration
- Sign in to app.gibeon.io.
- Go to Design › Data, click New source and choose Real estate connection.
- Choose Omnicasa.
- Click Request connection.
- Our team contacts you within one working day for your Customer ID and then activates the integration.
You see the status of your request under Design › Data, and for a real estate office also on the Overview. As soon as we approve or reject the integration, you get an email.
As soon as we activate the integration, the first sync starts automatically. For a real estate office, you then see one of your properties in your own layout on the Overview. With Go live, your screens show your own properties instead of the sample properties.

Sync
It refreshes every 15 minutes. Changes in Omnicasa are on your screen within a quarter of an hour. A manual sync starts with Sync now on the integration page.
If it does not work
Connection failed
Check that your Customer ID is correct. It is the numeric ID, not your login or email address. Ask your Omnicasa contact if you are unsure.
No properties found
The integration works, but Omnicasa returns no active properties. Check in Omnicasa whether there are properties with the right publication status. Archived or inactive properties do not come along.
A field I need is missing
Email [email protected] with the name of the Omnicasa field. We extend the mapping if the field is available through the Omnicasa API.
