Data is not up to date
You change something in Whise or Omnicasa, but the screen still shows the old version. Four causes, in order of frequency.
Waiting for the sync
gibeon.io fetches data from your integration at a fixed interval:
| Integration | Sync frequency |
|---|---|
| Whise | every 15 minutes |
| Omnicasa | every 15 minutes |
| Zabun | every 15 minutes |
Changes in your CRM therefore reach the screen within ~15 minutes. Want to see them right now? Force a manual sync (next step).
Starting a manual sync
- Go to Design › Data in the CMS.
- Click your integration (for example Whise).
- Click Refresh.
- The button changes to a syncing state and, after a few seconds to a few minutes, to a completed state.
Expired credentials
If the integration has not synced successfully for a while, your login details have probably expired or been blocked. Symptoms:
- The integration page shows Sync error or a failed connection
- The number of properties in the integration has been stuck for days
Fix:
- Open the integration page.
- Click the option to restore the connection or to change the login details.
- Enter the current credentials again.
- Test the connection.
Player cache
The player stores content locally so it keeps working offline. Between the moment of a successful sync and the moment the screen shows the new version, up to ~30 seconds can pass. That is normal.
Does it take longer than a few minutes?
- Check in the CMS whether the player is online.
- Force a restart of the player from the screen detail page via ⋯ → Reboot. When it restarts, the player fetches fresh content.
If it still does not work
A specific property does not appear on the screen
The property may be marked “inactive” or “sold” in your CRM. By default gibeon.io only fetches active properties. Change the status in your CRM and wait for the next sync.
Photos of a property are still the old ones
Photos are cached on our CDN. During a sync we compare file names: a photo with the same name is not downloaded again. Ask your real estate software to upload photos under a new file name, or let us know and we force a full refresh.
The price changed but the screen shows the old one
This takes at most one sync cycle + ~30 seconds of cache. If it is still wrong after that, check which price is registered in the property detail in the CMS. If that one is wrong too, the problem is in the integration or in your CRM.
Thanks for your feedback.
