Skarabee integration
The Skarabee integration syncs your active properties through Skarabee MediaLink to gibeon.io. You submit a short request and our team takes care of the rest with Skarabee’s support, with you in cc.
What the integration does
- Syncs active properties through Skarabee MediaLink to gibeon.io
- Fetches photos, price, surface area, type, status and description
- Refreshes every 15 minutes
- Works offline on the players
- One integration per Skarabee office
Requirements
- A gibeon.io account on the Standard plan
- An active Skarabee account
Request the integration
- Sign in to app.gibeon.io.
- Go to Design › Data, click New source and choose Real estate connection.
- Choose Skarabee.
- Click Request connection.
- Within one working day, our team emails Skarabee’s support, with you in cc, and then activates the integration.
You see the status of your request on the Overview. As soon as we approve or reject the integration, you get an email.
As soon as we activate the integration, the first sync starts automatically. You then see one of your properties in your own layout on the Overview. With Go live, your screens show your own properties instead of the sample properties.

Sync
It refreshes every 15 minutes. Changes in Skarabee are on your screen within a quarter of an hour. A manual sync starts with Sync now on the integration page.
If it does not work
How long until my integration is active
Within one working day we email Skarabee’s support. The actual activation depends on how quickly they answer. Usually count on 1 to 3 working days in total.
No properties found after activation
The integration works, but Skarabee returns no active properties for this office. Check in Skarabee whether there are properties with status “active”. Archived properties do not come along.
A sold property stays on the screen
By default, a sold property stays visible with a “Sold” overlay until its status in Skarabee is finally archived. You adjust the grace period in the template or turn off the “Sold” overlay.
Can I connect several Skarabee offices
Yes. Request a separate integration per office. Per screen, you then choose which properties of which office you show.
A field I need is missing
Email [email protected] with the name of the Skarabee field. We extend the mapping if the field is available through MediaLink.
