Media

Media is where your photos and videos live. You upload them once, organise them in folders and then put them in a playlist.

Uploading

1. Go to Content › Media and click Upload, or drag the files onto the page.
2. Choose one or more files. Photos: jpg, png, gif, webp or svg. Videos: mp4, webm, mov or avi.
3. Wait until each file appears in the list.

A video is processed after the upload so it plays smoothly. That takes a few minutes; after that you can use it in a playlist.

The maximum file size per plan is on Maximum file size.

Folders

Click New folder and give it a name. You move a file to a folder through the menu on the file, or through the selection bar at the bottom.

You delete a folder through the menu on the folder. You then choose what happens to its contents: the files and folders inside move to the folder above, or they are deleted along with it. Files you delete this way also disappear from the playlists they are in.

Several files at once

Tick the files. A bar appears at the bottom that lets you move or delete the selection in one go.

Using them in a playlist

Open a playlist and, under Add in Media, choose the Image or Video block. Click a file from Media to add it at the end, or drag it to a place in the playlist.
