Whise integration
The Whise integration syncs all your active properties from Whise to gibeon.io. Once it is set up, gibeon.io refreshes every 15 minutes and your screens automatically show the latest photos, prices and statuses.
What the integration does

- Works offline on the players: content keeps running without internet
- From the Pro plan, supports several Whise offices within one gibeon.io tenant
Requirements
- A Whise account with API access
- Your Whise Client ID (a number, for example
1234)
You find your Client ID in Whise under your account details, or ask your Whise contact. On our side we add our shared Whise app credentials. You do not need to provide an API key or password.
Request the integration
- Sign in to app.gibeon.io.
- Go to Design › Data, click New source and choose Real estate connection.
- Choose Whise.
- Click Request connection.
- Our team contacts you within one working day for your Client ID and then activates the integration.
You see the status of your request under Design › Data, and for a real estate office also on the Overview. As soon as we approve or reject the integration, you get an email.
As soon as we activate the integration, the first sync starts automatically. With a few hundred properties, it takes 1 to 2 minutes. For a real estate office, you then see one of your properties in your own layout on the Overview. With Go live, your screens show your own properties instead of the sample properties.

Sync
By default, gibeon.io syncs every 15 minutes. Changes in Whise are on your screen within a quarter of an hour.
Want to see something right away? Open the integration and click Sync now. The sync starts immediately.
If it does not work
Connection failed
Check that you gave the right Client ID. It is a numeric ID, not your email address or Whise login name. Ask your Whise contact if you are unsure.
No properties found
The integration works, but Whise returns no active properties for this office. Check in Whise whether there are properties with status “active”, “for sale” or “for rent”. Inactive or archived properties do not come along.
Sync keeps hanging
Wait 5 minutes and try again with Sync now. If it persists, email [email protected] with your tenant ID and the time. We will look in the logs.
A sold property stays on the screen
By default, a sold property stays visible with a “Sold” overlay until its status in Whise is archived. You can change this grace period in the template or turn off the “Sold” overlay.
Can I connect several Whise offices
Yes, from the Pro plan. On Free and Starter, one integration fits. Request a separate integration per office, with its own Client ID. Wait with the next office until the previous request is approved, because a new request replaces a request that is still waiting. Per screen, you then choose which properties of which office you show.
