Prices and subscriptions
gibeon.io uses workspace pricing: one base price per workspace, plus a fixed price per extra screen above the included number. There are five plans: Free to try things out, Starter for a single-shop small business, Pro for businesses with more screens or an active CRM connection, Business for anyone who wants everything in Pro with more room for video, AI scenes and storage, and Agency for anyone who manages signage for other organisations.
No volume-discount formulas to remember, no separate white-label minimum to count. What is not included, you pay for through a transparent per-screen and per-AI-generation overage. Add-ons (Priority Support and Whitelabel) and hardware (gibeon.io player Premium and Basic) you order separately or as part of a higher plan.

€0 per month. Meant for trying things out, not for production.

Agency
€249 per month or €2,490 per year (two months free).
For anyone who manages screens for other organisations (reseller, agency, integrator):
- 1 main workspace + unlimited sub-accounts (each one a customer of its own)
- 20 screens included in a pool, shared across your sub-accounts
- €8 per extra screen above the pool (flat, however the screens are spread over your sub-accounts)
- 500 AI scene generations per month included (pooled), €0.10 per extra generation
- Whitelabel is included (own domain, own branding)
- Priority Support is included
- Sub-account management from one billing account
Every sub-account is a full customer environment under your own brand. Sub-accounts inherit your Agency branding.
The flat €8 per screen above the pool of 20 is deliberately kept simple. There is no separate rate per sub-account: whether you have 40 customers with one screen each or 8 customers with five screens each, you pay the same amount for the same 60 screens.
Annual payment
With annual payment you pay 10 months up front and keep 2 months. That applies to every paid plan: Starter, Pro, Business and Agency. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time via Settings → Billing. Screen and AI overage stay invoiced monthly, also with annual payment.

Hardware
gibeon.io runs on your own device: a Smart TV with Google TV, an Android stick or box, a mini PC or a professional signage display with a browser. No separate hardware needed.

Frequently asked questions
What if I go over the Free limits?
Free has hard limits on both screens (3) and AI generations (5/month). A banner appears in the CMS when you get close to the limit. Want more? Upgrade to Starter (€39/month), where the screen limit becomes 5 and the AI cap 25/month with pay-as-you-go above the cap.
How do I switch from Free to a paid plan?
Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Choose your tier (Starter, Pro, Business or Agency), choose monthly or yearly, enter a payment method via Stripe and the upgrade is active immediately. We charge pro rata for the current month.
Can I downgrade to Free?
Yes, at any time. You keep your paid plan until the end of the paid period. If your number of screens or properties is above the Free limit, you have to scale down first.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is for a single shop with up to 5 screens (hard cap) and 1 active CRM connection. Pro has 10 screens included + €5 per extra screen (soft cap, no limit), all CRM connections active at once, and priority email support. With more than 5 screens, or when you want to activate a second CRM connection, Pro is the logical step.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Business is everything in Pro, with more room: video up to 4K instead of 1080p, 300 AI scenes per month instead of 100, 500 GB storage instead of 50 GB, and dedicated priority support by email. The price per extra screen is the same (€5 above 10 included).
What is the difference between Business and Agency?
Business is for one organisation that wants everything in Pro, with more room. Agency is for anyone who manages screens for other organisations. Agency gets unlimited sub-accounts, Whitelabel and Priority Support included, and sub-account management from one billing account. Above the pool of 20 screens you pay €8 per extra screen, however many sub-accounts you have. Not sure which one you need? Choose Business.
What is a soft cap?
Pro, Business and Agency have soft caps on screens: you can always keep going by buying more at the overage rate (€5/screen for Pro/Business, €8/screen for Agency). Only Free (3 screens) and Starter (5 screens) have hard limits where you cannot add more without upgrading. The same goes for AI generations: Free has a hard cap (5/month), the other tiers let you go over the cap at €0.10 per generation, pay-as-you-go.
How is screen overage invoiced?
Our usage meter runs every hour and checks how many screens your workspace has. At the end of your billing cycle a daily cron job calculates the overage and pushes it to Stripe as metered usage. You see the overage as a separate line on your monthly invoice (“Pro screen overage: 12 × €5 = €60”). Pro and Business use a single rate of €5/screen. Agency charges €8 per extra screen above the pool of 20.
Is there a trial period?
There is no separate trial period with a time limit. The Free plan is free for good: no time limit, no credit card needed. You can test with it at your own pace and move to a paid plan when you need more screens, higher resolution or proof of play and audit logs.
How does billing work on Business?
Automatic direct debit through Stripe, the same flow as Starter and Pro. One card on your account, one monthly charge. Want to be invoiced with a payment term instead? That belongs to Enterprise. Get in touch at [email protected].
