Storage per plan

Every plan includes a fixed amount of storage for your media library. If you are over the limit, the CMS refuses new uploads until you free up space.

For storage above Business or Agency, Enterprise comes into play. There is no fixed limit there, but a volume agreed in the contract.

What counts

The images and videos in your media library count. Each video counts with its file size.

What happens at the limit

• From 80% of your storage you see a banner in the CMS.
• Over the limit, an upload is refused, with a message.

You see your current usage under Settings → Usage.

Free up space

• Delete files you no longer use via Content › Media.
• Move to a plan with more storage.
