Connect your own brand

You have signed the white-label contract. Here is the path from technical setup to your first live customer.

What you need before you start

• Access to your domain registrar (to change DNS records)
• Logo in SVG or transparent PNG, primary brand colour, secondary colour
• The email address you use for partner correspondence
• A test customer (preferably yourself) for the first activation

Steps

1. Choose a subdomain and set up DNS

Choose a subdomain for the white-label CMS, for example app.yourcompany.com.

Add this DNS record in your domain registrar:

Type:   CNAME
Name:   app
Value:  gibeon-whitelabel.cloudflare.net
TTL:    300

gibeon.io assigns you the actual domain after contract signing. Use exactly what we give you, not the placeholder above.

DNS propagation usually takes 5-30 minutes. We see automatically when the record is active and send a confirmation as soon as the SSL certificate is rolled out.

2. Upload branding

In the partner portal:

1. Open the branding settings under the partner settings.
2. Upload your logo (300×80px recommended for the horizontal variant).
3. Set your primary colour (hex code, for example #1a73e8).
4. Optional: secondary colour, font choice.
5. Click the preview button to see how the CMS looks to your customers.

3. Create your first customer

1. In the partner portal, go to the customers section and add a new customer.
2. Enter the company name and the email address of the end user who becomes admin.
3. We send an invitation to that address.
4. The customer accepts, chooses a password, and lands in your branded CMS.

4. Billing flow

You keep the difference between your Agency total and what you charge your customers. Full breakdown with examples in white-label requirements.

5. Customer support

You take care of first line. End customers contact you for help. Can’t solve it? Send us an email from your partner account; we see it in our partner queue and take over technical escalations.
