For a bakery, a gym, or a dental office that wants generic content on one screen, it's a fair pick. The gap shows up the moment your content lives in a real-estate CRM.
Take a Zabun kantoor in Roeselare or Kortrijk with one window screen. The agent updates a price in Zabun on Tuesday afternoon, drops the EPC label, marks a pand as sold. By Wednesday morning the window should reflect that. Without a CRM link, someone exports photos, opens PowerPoint, drags, saves, uploads.
