OptiSigns covers a lot of ground for office signage. A Belgian real-estate CRM is the one shape it doesn't cover.
OptiSigns is a solid product. The Studio editor is approachable, the Apps Marketplace gets new tiles regularly, and the Designer with its Templates lets a receptionist build a screen without calling IT. Schedules and Tags make it easy to push different playlists to different locations. If your day revolves around Microsoft 365, Power BI, or Tableau dashboards, or you need Queue Apps and Wayfinding in a clinic, the Pro Plus and Enterprise tiers earn their keep. They've built a credible cloud signage platform for US retail and healthcare.
Belgian agencies don't live in Power BI. They live in Whise. A pandfiche has an address, a vraagprijs, an EPC-label, a kadastraal inkomen, a status that flips to verkocht onder voorbehoud the moment a compromis is signed. Take a Brugge office with 80 panden in portefeuille and 3 window screens: every mandaat that changes during the day needs to land on those screens before the next walk-in. Without a CRM link, someone exports photos and retypes prices on Friday afternoon. By Monday it's already stale.
Gibeon talks to Whise directly through the Whise Marketplace and their public API, which is why this works at all. Whise opened that Marketplace to partners like us, and the docs and sandbox are genuinely useful. We pull every 15 minutes: address, price, bedrooms, surface area, EPC-label, status, and the first 5 photos from each dossier. New listings, price changes, an openhuisdag flag, all of it flows through without anyone touching the screen. If the internet drops in the window, the last cached snapshot keeps playing until the connection returns.
Their app catalog is real, but every plug-in points at a generic productivity tool: Slides, Sheets, Canva, a BI dashboard. Whise is a Belgian vertical CRM with maybe 2,000 agencies on it. It's never going to be a priority tile for a Houston-based platform. That's why a local product fills the gap.
Not really. Export your current playlists as background loops if you want to keep them, then point your Whise API key at Gibeon. The pandfiche layouts come prebuilt, so you're mostly picking which statuses to show (te koop, te huur, verkocht onder voorbehoud) and which kantoor each screen belongs to.
Within 15 minutes. The sync runs continuously, so by the time you lock up Friday it's already on the screen, and Monday morning walk-ins see the corrected label. No manual republish, no one logging into the Studio.
Spin up a free Gibeon account, drop in your Whise key, and check the window display on Monday morning.
