1. Questions and technical support

For general questions, technical issues, billing and account management you can reach our support team by email. We aim to reply within one business day, on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 (Europe/Brussels).

2. Account and data deletion

You have the right to delete your Gibeon account and all related personal data. This applies to both the Gibeon platform (app.gibeon.io) and the Gibeon Player app on Android.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Use "Delete account" as the subject and indicate which account(s) or organisation(s) you want to delete.

What data is deleted

  • Profile data (name, email address, language preference)
  • Organisations and teams you own
  • Uploaded media (images, videos, documents)
  • Devices and players linked to your account
  • Audit and activity logs

How long does it take

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Backups are automatically rotated within 90 days, after which all personal data is permanently removed from our systems. Some data may be retained longer when required by law — for example, billing records are kept for 7 years under article III.86 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
