Whise is a real-estate CRM used by hundreds of Belgian agencies to manage listings, contacts and transactions. Its open API lets external platforms read property data. Gibeon pulls active listings directly from that API and shows them automatically on your screens.
The integration is one-directional: Whise pushes data, Gibeon shows it. On every sync, Gibeon fetches the active listings from your Whise office and places them in your content library. From there you wire them into a playlist or a zone template, and the screens display them automatically.

Default sync runs every 15 minutes. From the CMS you can force a manual sync if you want a freshly-edited listing live immediately. The integration uses the Whise REST API with an API key and office ID. Webhooks for realtime push are on the roadmap.
Gibeon fetches all active listings from your Whise office. In the templates you filter by publication status, type or price so the right listings are on screen at the right time.
Yes. Gibeon players cache all data locally in IndexedDB, so screens keep showing listings even during an internet outage.
Yes. Every 15 minutes price, status and every other field are refreshed.
Yes. In the CMS, under Data source, there is a "Sync now" button that runs the sync immediately.
By default a sold listing stays visible for 7 more days with a "Sold" overlay. The duration is configurable per template, or can be turned off entirely.
Yes. One Gibeon tenant can connect multiple Whise office IDs. Per screen you decide which office's listings show up.
On Standard all integrations are included in your subscription, no extra cost.
Ten minutes if API access in Whise is already enabled. You enter the key and office ID, and the first sync starts automatically.
Whise has built-in feed integrations with portals like Immoweb, Zimmo and Logic-Immo. For digital signage there are two paths:
