1. Applicability

By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Gibeon is a digital signage platform that allows you to manage and play content on screens. Our services include:

Content Management System (CMS) for managing your content
Player software for playing content on screens
Media storage and processing
Technical support

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that take place under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the service

You agree not to use the service for:

Illegal activities or the promotion thereof
Distributing harmful content (malware, viruses)
Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
Sending spam or unwanted communications
Overloading or disrupting our systems
Creating multiple accounts or organizations to circumvent plan limits

5. Content

You are fully responsible for all content that you upload, publish or display through our service.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you use and that it does not violate applicable legislation or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability of our services, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

We are not liable for damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the Gibeon software and service remain with Gibeon. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during the term of your subscription.

You retain all rights to your own content. By uploading content, you give us permission to use it to provide the service.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits or loss of data.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. After termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, after notifying you.

10. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the service after the change, you agree to the new terms.

11. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Kortrijk, Belgium.
