Yodeck is a solid signage product for Belgian SMBs. The one thing it can't do is read your Whise pandfiches.
Yodeck has earned its reputation honestly. The free forever plan for one screen pulls a lot of small agencies in, and the Raspberry Pi player keeps hardware costs low. Their Workspace is clean: build a Show, drop assets into the Media Library, arrange a Playlist, set a Schedule, push it to a Monitor. The App Gallery covers weather, RSS, Google Sheets, social feeds, dashboards. For a cafe, a gym, a clinic running ten screens with generic content, it's a sensible pick. The gap shows up the moment your content lives inside a Belgian real-estate CRM.
A Whise pandfiche is not just a photo and a price. It's the adres, vraagprijs, EPC-label, kadastraal inkomen, status (te koop, te huur, verkocht onder voorbehoud), the full dossier. Take a kantoor in Brugge with 80 panden in portefeuille and 3 etalageschermen. When a mandaat is signed, a vraagprijs drops, or a compromis lands, the window should reflect it within the hour, not after someone exports a CSV on Monday morning. Without a native link, you're back to a junior agent renaming JPEGs at 18:30 on a Friday.
Gibeon is listed on the Whise Marketplace and talks to the public Whise API directly. That integration exists because Whise keeps an open Marketplace and invites partners to plug in, so we did. No. Plenty of agencies keep Yodeck for the meeting room dashboards and team announcements, and run Gibeon on the window screens where the Whise listings need to show. Different jobs, different tools. You can phase Yodeck out later if you want, but there's no forced cutover.
Yodeck is per-screen and starts free for one. Gibeon is priced per kantoor with unlimited screens at that location, which usually works out better once you pass two windows. If you only have one screen and zero CRM needs, Yodeck free is genuinely fine. The math flips once Whise enters the picture.
