HALLWAY / CORRIDOR

Today's events on the wall

Large type, little detail, tuned for passers-by who glance once. Handy for conference centres, coworking spaces, office buildings with several tenants.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference with the meeting-room display?

The meeting-room display is meant for the door or wall of a single room (busy/free, countdown). The office TV is meant for bigger screens in the hallway, reception or meeting room that show the day agenda or several events.

Can I combine several calendars on one screen?

Yes. Combine a team calendar, a resource calendar and a shared events calendar on one gibeon.io screen.

Does this work with Google Workspace and personal Gmail accounts?

Both. For Workspace, gibeon.io respects your org policies and Conditional Access.

How often does the agenda refresh?

Every 15 minutes. A new event added at 14:03 is on the screen by 14:18 at the latest.

Can I hide private info (show only "Busy", no title)?

Yes. A toggle in the template settings hides titles, attendees and descriptions.

How much does it cost?

Free for up to 3 screens. Starter €39/month up to 5 screens. Pro €99/month for 10 screens.
