Team agenda live on your office TV

One central screen in the office with upcoming appointments for the whole team. Who is where, when is the next meeting, which customer is coming today. Private calendars via OAuth, no public share link needed. Start free for 3 screens.

Three steps to a team hub

No separate tool next to Calendar, no daily Slack message asking "who is in?".

01 / PICK THE TEAM CALENDARS

Which agendas matter?

During setup you select the Google Calendars the team hub should show. Personal calendars of team leads, a shared "Customers today" calendar, an "Out of Office" calendar. Combine up to 5.

02 / PICK A LAYOUT

List, week overview or split-screen

List layout: chronological list of today and tomorrow. Week layout: 5-day overview with meeting blocks. Split-screen: agenda on left, something else on right (KPI from Sheets, weather, photo rotation).

03 / HANG IN THE OFFICE

Auto-refresh every 15 minutes

TV central in the open space, on the marketing floor, in the team kitchen. Fresh data every 15 minutes. An appointment added at 09:03 appears by 09:18 at the latest.

What a team agenda on TV solves

Daily Slack message around 9 AM: "Who is in today?" Or a Google Doc everyone fills in manually. Or nobody knows who is coming and reception gets overwhelmed.

A team agenda on a central TV solves this. The info is already in Google Calendar — meetings, out-of-office, customer appointments. We show it on the screen everyone walks past.

Yodeck and ScreenCloud offer similar functionality, but EN-only and with a fixed look. We give NL/FR/DE flow plus a template engine that lets you choose which field goes where.

Six layout variants

Pick what fits your office context.

Chronological list

Today and tomorrow, one line per meeting with time-room-title-attendees. For reception and common areas. Up to 12 appointments visible at once.

Week overview

5 days next to each other, meetings as colored blocks per day. For team managers who want to see patterns — busy days, free days, recurring appointments.

Split-screen agenda + KPI

Agenda on left, a KPI from Google Sheets or a dashboard on right. For sales teams: agenda + revenue stand. For support teams: agenda + ticket queue.

Out-of-office overview

Show only absences: who is away this week, when do they return. For planning overview without showing sensitive meeting titles.

Customers today

Specific "Customer visits" calendar as source. Which customer is coming today, who receives them, in which room. For reception or meeting room stewards.

Build your own layout

Template editor with drag-drop. Place fields as you wish, pick fonts and colors, add branding. For unique office setups.

For office agenda displays the price comparison is less sharp than for meeting room doors — ScreenCloud and Yodeck are typically affordable for central displays.

What makes a team hub different from ScreenCloud / Yodeck

The big players show Google Calendar in their standard agenda widget. Works. But you are locked to their look: fixed fonts, fixed colors, fixed fields. For a marketing agency that wants own branding on the hub TV, that is a limitation.

We give you a drag-drop template editor — fonts, colors, photo rotation, KPI next to agenda, all in your style. Plus NL/FR/DE flow including helpcenter. And free for the first 3 screens.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with private team calendars?

Yes. OAuth flow gives Gibeon read access to the calendars you explicitly select. Private meetings show as "Busy" without title or attendees unless the user has marked them public.

Can I show out-of-office separately?

Yes. A separate "Out of Office" calendar can get a dedicated section on the screen. We detect OOO events automatically (Google's vacationResponder) or via a shared calendar as common source.

Does this work with the "Customers today" CRM flow?

If your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) pushes appointments to Google Calendar, we show them. For deeper CRM integration without Calendar middle layer is on the roadmap.

How do I handle private meetings that should NOT appear on screen?

Two options: (1) mark the meeting as "Private" in Google — we show "Busy" without details; (2) at template level, choose a variant showing only time slots, no titles.

Can I do split-screen with a Sheets KPI next to it?

Yes. An agenda template on left + a Sheet preset on right. For sales: agenda + revenue stand. For support: agenda + ticket queue. All on one screen via one Gibeon playlist.

What if our team grows and the agenda gets too busy?

Filter on meeting type (customer appointment vs internal), on team (sales team only), or on time (only the next 4 hours). Configurable per screen.

Does this work with Outlook instead of Google?

For M365: use our Outlook integration. Same as this page but for Microsoft 365 / Exchange calendars. Separate article follows.

What does this cost for a typical office with 3-4 hub screens?

Free up to 3 screens (small watermark). Four or five screens: Starter €39/month. At 10 screens: Pro €99/month. No per-screen pricing like competitors.
