What is a window display for estate agents?
A window display, sometimes called narrowcasting for estate agents, is a digital screen in the window of your agency that automatically shows your listings to passers-by. Instead of printed property sheets you swap out every week, you get a TV that updates itself from your estate-agent CRM. Photos, price, energy label, floor area and status. Am I tied to a contract with Gibeon?
No. Gibeon is cancellable monthly, on the paid tiers too. No annual contract, no notice period, no exit fees. The Free tier stays free with no end date.
Does Gibeon sell screens itself?
No. Gibeon is software. You buy your TV at Coolblue, MediaMarkt or a local AV supplier and our app runs on it. For a TV without smart features we do offer an optional HDMI player, but most agents use their existing Android TV or Smart TV with Google TV.
How do listings reach the screen automatically?
Gibeon syncs with your CRM every 15 minutes. Whise, Omnicasa and Zabun are connected out of the box. The system pulls photos, price, address, energy label, floor area, status and description, and places them in a template the agent builds themselves.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The Gibeon player caches all your content locally. If the internet drops, the screen keeps showing the last synced listings. No black screen, no "no connection" message for your passers-by.
