Digital signage for the services and real-estate sector
Selling homes, offering insurance, sorting out banking, signing deeds or giving advice at the counter: your window, waiting room and reception do 80% of your first impression. gibeon.io puts your content on the screens you already have, automatically. No installer, no per-screen annual contract.
Five professions, one signage layer · Different content, the same platform.
Estate agents and property offices
Property cards in the window, synced automatically from Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun or Skarabee. EPC labels on screen, prices always current, status overlays for "Sale agreed" or "Open house Saturday". VCRO info correct by default.
Banks and insurers
Interest rates and product information at the counter, a wait-time indicator at reception, product offers during peak hours. Adjust content per branch from one central CMS.
Lawyers and notaries
Waiting-room info: opening hours, contact, a short overview of services. For notary offices: current fees, viewing days for publicly sold property. Discreet and professional.
Service and voucher businesses
Opening hours, scheduling, available help per region. For service-voucher offices also rates and quarterly promotions. One template per branch, content managed centrally.
For real-estate offices specifically: the CRM connection
The biggest pain in real-estate signage is "do I have to update every sale on the screen by hand?". With gibeon.io the answer is no. Your CRM (Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun or Skarabee) is the source of truth. A price cut you enter on Friday evening is on the window screen at 9am Monday, without anyone editing a PowerPoint or re-exporting a JPG.
For Whise you use your Client ID; for Omnicasa your Customer ID; for Zabun and Skarabee we go through a short request with the vendor together. Setup: fifteen minutes if your API access is already active.

Frequently asked questions
Which service professions use digital signage?
Estate agents and property offices for property cards in the window. Banks and insurers for interest rates, wait times and product information at the counter. Lawyers and notaries for waiting-room info. Service-voucher offices for opening hours and scheduling. The same signage layer, different content per sector.
Is this the same as buying from an installer?
No. Local installers typically bundle high-brightness window hardware with their own content software in a per-screen annual contract (€100-250/screen/mo). gibeon.io runs on the screen you already have: a Smart TV, an Android stick, a browser PC, an iiyama signage display. Flat €99-€198/mo, no screen counters.
How does the install work?
Self-service. You download our app on your Smart TV or Android stick (Play Store), scan a 4-character code from the CMS, done. For a browser PC you paste a private URL into a full-screen Chrome tab. No device login needed.
Does it also work with a real-estate CRM like Whise or Omnicasa?
Yes. Four native connections for the real-estate sector: Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun and Skarabee. Property cards, prices, EPC labels and statuses sync to your window TV every 15 minutes.
What about multilingual content in Brussels or along the language border?
Templates support NL and FR from a single configuration. A Brussels office can run the same property card in NL and FR on different screens.
What if I have multiple branches?
On the Business plan (€198/mo) you manage 10 workspaces from one login, typically one per branch. Central branding, local prices or opening hours per branch.
What does it really cost?
Free up to 3 screens + 1 connection (no credit card needed). Pro €99/mo for 10 screens + audit log + proof of play. Business €198/mo for 10 screens + 10 workspaces. Enterprise on quote for SLA + SSO + unlimited fleet.
