How do you put gibeon.io on a Samsung panel?

Through the built-in URL Launcher. No app store, no per-screen install.

On the panel, open the menu and choose Play via → URL Launcher (on some models: App Management → Install Custom App).
Enter the URL: https://cdn.gibeon.io/player/tizen
Save and reboot the panel. It downloads and autostarts gibeon.io on every boot.
The 4-character activation code shows on the screen. Enter it on app.gibeon.io and link the screen.
