Yes. gibeon.io connects through Skarabee MediaLink and puts your active listings on the screens you already have in your window or office. You request the connection in the CMS, our team activates the MediaLink credentials with you, usually within one working day. Skarabee is now part of Zabun 360, but the MediaLink connection keeps working for existing offices.
What is Skarabee
Skarabee is a Flemish real-estate CRM, for years a fixture among estate agents and offices. Skarabee exposes listing data through MediaLink, a service that external tools can connect to. gibeon.io reads your active listings from it and shows them on your screens automatically. Skarabee was acquired by Zabun and continues as Zabun 360; existing Skarabee offices with MediaLink access simply keep connecting.

Sync
Syncs every 15 minutes through MediaLink. What you change in Skarabee is on screen within the quarter hour. A manual sync runs from the CMS, handy for the listing you just edited and want on screen right away.

Frequently asked questions
Does the connection still work now that Skarabee is Zabun 360?
Yes. For existing offices with MediaLink access the connection keeps working. If you have fully moved to Zabun 360, you connect through the Zabun integration; we look together at which route fits your office.
How long until my connection is live?
You submit a request through the CMS. Within one working day we get in touch to collect the MediaLink credentials and activate the connection. Usually count on 1 to 3 working days in total.
Are sold listings removed automatically?
A sold listing stays visible with a "Sold" overlay until its status is archived in Skarabee. You adjust the grace period in the template or switch the overlay off.
Does it work on the screen I already have?
Usually, yes. gibeon.io runs on common Smart TVs with Google TV, on Android media players, on browser PCs and on signage screens with built-in Android. You don’t need to buy separate hardware.
Does the integration work offline?
Yes. gibeon.io players cache everything locally. During an internet outage your listings stay on screen.
Can I connect several Skarabee offices?
Yes. Request a separate connection per office. Per screen you then choose which listings from which office to show.
Does the connection sync price and status changes?
Yes. Price, status and the other fields refresh every 15 minutes.
What does the connection cost?
Included on Pro, no extra cost per listing or per screen.
