One cell from Google Sheets, big on your TV
Not a whole table. Not a dashboard. One number, one status, one value, readable from 5 metres away. For the wait time at the counter, today's revenue, the stock status of your busiest SKU.

The story
Cell B3 lives in a sheet only you have open. The shop floor needs the scoreboard. The front desk wants to see the wait time. The shopkeeper wants to know if the target is hit.
Until now your options were: a dashboard tool that costs over a hundred euros a month for a single TV, leaving a laptop with the sheet open, or an iframe embed of the whole sheet where nobody can find the right number.
gibeon.io does one thing: take cell B3, show it big, refresh it every 15 minutes. Optionally with a label above it ("Wait time today") and a colour that shifts on a threshold.
Frequently asked questions
How do I show one cell from Google Sheets big on my TV?
Connect your Google account, pick your sheet → tab → exact cell (e.g. Dashboard!B3), choose the Big KPI preset. Optionally add a label and set conditional colors. Refreshes every quarter hour.
Can I set up conditional coloring?
Yes. You set thresholds in the gibeon.io CMS. For example green above 85%, orange 70-85%, red below. The colour changes automatically when the cell value crosses the threshold.
Does this work with a private sheet, or only public ones?
Both. For private sheets you sign in with your Google account and give gibeon.io read access to the sheets you explicitly select.
How often does the screen refresh?
Every 15 minutes. Change a cell at 09:03 and the screen shows the new value by 09:18 at the latest.
What if the internet drops?
The screen keeps showing the last value until the connection is back. No blank screens.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 3 screens. Starter €39/month for up to 5 screens without a watermark. Pro €99/month for 10 screens.
