Looking for a Fugo alternative? Read this first
Fugo puts BI dashboards on a TV well. But the pricing is per screen in dollars, and every screen still needs their player app. Gibeon works differently.
What Fugo does well
Fugo is genuinely good at TV dashboards. If you want Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Grafana on a screen in the breakroom, their dashboard-finder gets you there fast. The Ask Fugo idea, where you set content triggers in plain English and the screen reacts, is clever and well built. Their design studio is solid, fallback playlists keep a screen from going blank, and Spaces help organize a bigger fleet. Instant Scan Setup is a nice touch. For data-heavy office signage, Fugo knows what it's doing and shows it.
Where Fugo falls short
Three things tend to push Belgian buyers to look around. First, the free tier: Fugo gives you one free screen with a watermark. Gibeon's free tier runs three screens, watermark-free, no trial clock. Second, price. Fugo lists $24 per screen per month (or $20 yearly, Core at $36), so the bill grows with every TV. Gibeon is flat in euro: 0, 39, 99, or 299 per month, screens included. Third, pairing. Fugo wants their player app and a PIN or QR on every device. Gibeon pairs a screen by pasting a URL, no login or app on the screen itself.

Switching from Fugo
Start on the free tier with three screens. Rebuild your main playlist in Gibeon, or use a generated scene as a base. For each TV, open the screen URL instead of installing a player app, so there's no PIN to scan. Keep Fugo running on the side until your screens look right, then cancel. An afternoon for a small office.
Frequently asked questions
I already built dashboards in Fugo. Do I lose that?
You don't move Fugo's dashboard-finder config across, no, but your underlying Power BI or Tableau links stay yours. You point Gibeon at the same dashboard URLs. The playlist setup is quick, and you can run both tools in parallel while you check the screens..
Fugo hosts in the EU too. Why does Gibeon matter for data?
Fugo does host in the EU, on AWS in the UK and Germany. Gibeon keeps everything inside the EU on Supabase EU and Cloudflare, GDPR by default. If your legal team prefers EU-only and a contract in euro instead of dollar, that's the practical difference.
We run real-estate offices. Does Gibeon handle our listings?
Yes. Gibeon syncs by name with Whise, Omnicasa and Zabun, so your panden show up on the window screens and update when the CRM changes. Fugo has no named connector for Belgian real-estate systems, so you'd be wiring that up yourself.
Set up three free screens and pair one by pasting a URL. If it's faster than Fugo's player app, you'll know in ten minutes.
