Property photos

Up to ten photos per property from your CRM. A hero with a large price overlay, a carousel through every image, or a grid of four properties at once.

Price and address

Asking price up front, address and town below it. When the status turns to sold, a "Sold" overlay covers the price. For rentals, rent prices are recognised automatically.

EPC label and specs

EPC energy class (A+ to G) colour-coded in a corner overlay, floor area in m², bedrooms and year built in a specs block. Mandatory in Flanders since 2015.

Status overlays

"For sale", "Under offer", "Sold", "New listing": shown on the main photo automatically the moment you change the status in your CRM. The sold banner stays visible for 7 days by default.

Filters per screen

Window A shows only apartments between €200K and €350K, window B shows every house. Filterable per screen by type, price band, region and office of origin.

Do I need a special screen?

No. gibeon.io is software. It runs on any Smart TV with Google TV (Samsung, LG, Sony), on an Android stick (Xiaomi TV Stick 4K, Google TV Streamer), on an Apple TV through the browser, or on a regular TV with an HDMI player in it. For TVs without smart features we offer an optional HDMI player (€199, one-off).

Does this work with Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun and Skarabee?

Yes, all four Belgian estate-agent CRMs are natively connected. Whise and Omnicasa over REST API. Zabun through their partner API. Skarabee through MediaLink (SOAP). One CRM connection per office is enough.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. gibeon.io is cancellable monthly, on the paid tiers too. No annual contract, no notice period, no exit fees.

How fast are my listings live on the screen?

Ten minutes of setup for a first property. You create a free account, connect your CRM with an API key, pick a template, scan the QR code on your TV. No technician, no installer.

What if the internet goes down?

The gibeon.io player caches your content locally. During an internet outage the screen keeps showing the last synced listings. As soon as the connection is back, the sync resumes automatically.

Are status changes shown automatically?

"For sale", "Under offer", "Sold" and "New listing" appear automatically as an overlay on the property photo the moment you change the status in your CRM. By default a sold property stays visible for another 7 days with a "Sold" banner.
