OAuth flow to your Shopify admin
In the gibeon.io CMS you click "Add integration" → Shopify → OAuth flow to your Shopify admin. gibeon.io gets read-only access to products, prices, stock and collections. No customer data, no order data.
Bestsellers, New collection, Sale
Take a Shopify collection (e.g. "Bestsellers", "New collection", "Sale") and choose a gibeon.io template: window grid (4 products), product carousel (one at a time, large), or QR grid (photo + price + QR code).
Activation code, done
Smart TV, Android TV stick (~€40), tablet on the wall. Type in the activation code, done. With multiple locations you set per screen which Shopify collection it shows.
Use cases we run today
Fashion boutique with seasonal collections: every Monday the window TV refreshes with the "New this week" collection from Shopify. A product that sells out disappears automatically. Discount labels come straight from Shopify's discount engine.
Multi-location chain with location-specific collections: the Antwerp store runs an "Antwerp drops" collection, the Ghent store a "Ghent bestsellers" one. One Shopify account, three different screens.

What gibeon.io does NOT do
- No Shopify POS replacement. gibeon.io does not replace Shopify POS. You keep checking out through Shopify. We only show products + prices on a passive screen.
- No stock management. Changing stock stays in Shopify. gibeon.io reads the stock and hides out-of-stock items automatically.
- No self-checkout kiosk. For self-order kiosks you use Shopify POS in tablet mode or a separate kiosk tool. We do passive signage, not interactive payment.
Frequently asked questions
Does gibeon.io work with Shopify Plus, Advanced and Basic?
Yes. Every Shopify plan exposes products, prices and stock through the Admin API. gibeon.io reads read-only and puts the selected products on your screen. Change something in Shopify and the screen updates within fifteen minutes.
What shows on the screen: everything or a selection?
A selection. You pick a Shopify collection (e.g. "Sale", "New collection") and gibeon.io shows it in rotation. Out-of-stock items can be hidden automatically. A separate collection per location is possible.
Does this also work with Shopify POS?
Yes. Shopify POS shares the same data as Shopify online. Changes via POS (stock, price) come through the same Admin API and reach the screen within fifteen minutes.
QR codes to the product page: does that work automatically?
Yes. Every product on the screen automatically gets a QR code linking to the Shopify product page. The visitor scans, lands on the right page, can buy online or via POS in the shop.
Do I need a Shopify app?
No. Straight through the OAuth flow. No separate app install in the Shopify app store. For Shopify Plus customers a private app with finer scope control is possible.
Which screen hardware works?
A Smart TV with Chrome or an Android TV stick (€40-80). For multiple locations we can supply gibeon.io player boxes with central management. Your own hardware works too (BYOD).
What does it cost?
