When it plays
You make a planning by day and by hour. A Screen off block in that planning turns the picture black, for example at night.
A device with its own panel also dims the backlight. A stick cannot switch the TV off itself. A smart plug or the TV’s own timer does that.
What you need
A TV with a Google TV stick, a Smart TV with Google TV, a Samsung signage screen or any screen with a browser.
