Google Sheets as a KPI dashboard on your TV screen

Several Google Sheets KPIs at once: revenue, conversion, NPS, stock, side by side on one screen, in your layout. Auto-refresh every 15 minutes. No Power BI, no separate dashboard tool.

Six dashboard patterns · Copy what fits, adjust it to your context.

Sales team dashboard

Revenue today, MTD target, week target, top deal in the pipeline, average deal size, sales leaderboard. Six tiles in a 3×2 grid. Conditional colours: green above target.

Finance dashboard

Cashflow today, invoices outstanding >30d, invoices outstanding >60d, average DSO, current-month revenue. For the CFO who wants these numbers every morning.

Customer-service dashboard

Open tickets, NPS this week, average response time, SLA breach count, CSAT score. For support teams that watch the queue status in real time.

Marketing-funnel dashboard

Website visitors, leads today, MQL this week, SQL this week, conversion rate, cost per lead. For demand-gen teams.

Operations dashboard

Order volume today, stock alert count, OTIF score, shipment count, return count. For operations managers who work by exception.

Executive dashboard

Revenue MTD, EBITDA trend, headcount, cash position, NPS, key deals this month. Four to six numbers the CEO or board needs.

Three steps to a working dashboard · No developer, no consultant, no separate BI stack.

01 / PICK THE CELLS

Mark which numbers count

Open your Google Sheet and pick the cells or ranges your dashboard should show. Revenue today, week target, amount outstanding, customer NPS: your Sheet already knows them all.

02 / ARRANGE THEM ON SCREEN

Drag and drop on your layout

Our template engine gives you a grid (2×2, 3×2, 4×3). Drag each cell onto a tile, choose fonts and colours, add a label and a target value. Conditional colours for green/orange/red per KPI.

03 / HANG IT ON THE WALL

Auto-refresh every 15 minutes

A TV with a Chromecast or Android stick on the wall. Type the activation code, done. Every 15 minutes the screen pulls fresh numbers from your workbook.

Who it is for

Your sales team has a Google Sheets workbook called "Sales Dashboard 2026". Twice a day the manager opens that file to see where the numbers stand. The rest of the team carries on with no view of it.

With a Sheets dashboard on the wall TV, everyone sees it all the time: yesterday's revenue, this week's target, the top deal in the pipeline, the NPS score. No "how are we doing?" at 11, no Slack message at 4.

The US players (ScreenCloud, OptiSigns) offer this embed-style: your sheet with a Google skin on a TV. That is readable from 1 metre, not 5. We give you your own template, with big fonts, contrasting colours and generous padding, made for wall readability.

Frequently asked questions

How many KPIs fit on one screen?

Typically 4-12 tiles on one screen, depending on the grid you choose (2×2 to 4×3). Each tile shows one cell from your Sheets workbook.

How often does the dashboard refresh?

Every 15 minutes. Change a cell at 09:03 and the screen shows the new value by 09:18 at the latest.

What if a KPI cell holds a formula?

Formulas work just like in Sheets: we read the calculated value. Conditional formatting from Sheets is not carried over; we give you your own template engine to build the same result.

Can I combine several sheets on one dashboard?

Yes. Each tile can point to a different sheet (or even a different Sheets workbook). Use tab!cell notation to select the exact cell.

How much does it cost?

Free up to 3 screens. Starter €39/month up to 5 screens without the watermark. Pro €99/month for 10 screens.
