Digital signage with EU hosting and GDPR by default

Your screen data stays in the EU on every plan, including the free one. No US routing, no Enterprise upsell to get there.

If you run screens for a shop, clinic, or office in the Benelux, where your data lives is a real question, not a checkbox. Visitor footage, schedules, and content all count under GDPR. Many signage tools host in the United States by default and only move you to the EU on higher tiers. For a small Belgian business that means extra cost and a longer compliance conversation. Gibeon keeps the data in Europe from day one, so the question is settled before you sign up.

EU hosting on every plan

Gibeon runs on Supabase EU and Cloudflare EU. Your content, schedules, and account data sit on European infrastructure whether you pay nothing or 299 euro per month. Compare that with the common setup: OptiSigns hosts in North Virginia by default and offers EU only from Enterprise, while ScreenCloud, Screenly, Pickcel, and TelemetryTV all run on US infrastructure. XOGO defaults to US Azure. The location is fixed for you, not sold as an add-on.

GDPR is the starting point

Because the data never leaves the EU, you skip the transfer mechanisms and legal paperwork that come with US hosting. GDPR applies by default on the free 3-screen tier too. Worth a fair note: even Yodeck, which is otherwise reasonable, routes its AI feature through Google Gemini in the US. With Gibeon the generative AI runs without sending you across the Atlantic, so one less data path to document.

Start free, pair by URL

The free tier is permanent, three screens, no trial clock. Flat pricing above that: 39, 99, or 299 euro per month, listed in plain euro with no quote request. To set up a screen you paste a URL on the device, no separate device login. For Belgian real estate, Gibeon syncs listings by name from Whise, Omnicasa, and Zabun, so window displays update themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Does the free plan also host in the EU?

Yes. The permanently free 3-screen tier runs on the same Supabase EU and Cloudflare EU setup as the paid plans, with GDPR applied by default. There is no separate US version for free users and no upsell needed to keep your data in Europe.

What does it cost and are there hidden fees?

Pricing is flat and public: 0, 39, 99, or 299 euro per month. The free tier covers three screens with no trial countdown. You pick a tier by screen count and features. EU hosting is included at every level, not charged as an extra.

How hard is it to switch from a US-hosted tool?

You rebuild your screens in Gibeon and pair each one by pasting a URL on the device, so no device login or reflashing. Most setups take an afternoon. If you sell property, connect Whise, Omnicasa, or Zabun and your listings sync by name.

Start on the free tier and check where your data sits. If EU hosting matters to you, it is already handled.
