What is Whise
Whise is a real estate CRM used by hundreds of Belgian agencies to manage listings, clients and transactions. It has an open API that lets external platforms pull data. gibeon.io reads your active listings straight through that API and shows them on your screens automatically.
How the integration works · The connection runs one way: Whise sends the data, gibeon.io displays it. On every sync, gibeon.io pulls the active listings from your Whise office into your content library. You attach them to a playlist or a zone template, and the screens show them automatically.

Sync and API
By default a sync runs every 15 minutes. From the CMS you can force one manually when you want a just-edited listing online right away. We use the Whise REST API with an API key and office ID. Webhooks for real-time push are on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
How many listings can I show at once?
gibeon.io pulls all the active listings from your Whise office. In the templates you filter on publication status, type or price so the right listings appear at the right moment.
Does the integration work offline too?
Yes. gibeon.io players cache all the data locally on the device, so screens keep showing listings even during an internet outage.
Does the integration sync price changes automatically?
Yes. Every 15 minutes the price, status and all other fields refresh.
Can I force a sync manually?
Yes. In the CMS, under Data source, there is a "Sync now" button that runs the update right away.
What happens when a listing is sold?
By default a sold listing stays visible for another 7 days with a "Sold" overlay. You can change that duration per template or switch it off entirely.
Does the integration support multiple offices?
Yes. One gibeon.io tenant can connect several Whise office IDs. Per screen you decide which listings from which office are shown.
What does the integration cost?
On Pro every integration is included in your plan, at no extra cost.
How long does setup take?
Ten minutes if API access in Whise is already active. You enter the key and office ID, and the first sync starts automatically.
