Omnicasa is a real estate CRM with a strong focus on the workflow around mandates, offers and case files. It is popular with Belgian and Dutch agencies and has a native NL/FR interface you drive from one configuration. gibeon.io reads the active listings through the partner API and syncs them to your screens automatically.
How the integration works · One way only: Omnicasa is the source, gibeon.io displays. Each sync pulls active listings, status and media into your content library. From there you wire them onto a screen through a playlist or zone template.

Sync and API
A sync runs every 15 minutes through the Omnicasa partner API. You can force one manually from the CMS for urgent updates. You manage API credentials securely in the settings, with no scripts or middleware needed.

Does the integration work with NL and FR listing cards?
Yes. Per screen or per office you decide which language variant is shown. One configuration, two feeds.
Does the integration work offline?
Yes. gibeon.io players cache all the data locally on the device. Screens keep showing listings, even during an internet outage.
Does the integration sync offers and status?
Yes, every 15 minutes the status, price and all other fields refresh.
Can I force a sync manually?
Yes. The CMS has a "Sync now" button for when you want a change live straight away.
How long does setup take?
A quarter of an hour if API access in Omnicasa is already active. Otherwise request the partner key first (usually within one working day).
What does the integration cost?
Included on Pro, with no extra cost per listing or per screen.
