OEE, output, downtime and quality numbers per shift, readable from afar across the whole line. The numbers are already in Excel — we put them on the TV above the line every 15 minutes. The last value stays visible during internet outages.
Updated
No MES extension, no consultant, no IT project.
Your production workbook already lives on SharePoint or OneDrive (shift schedule, OEE tracker, downtime log). Sign in with your 365 account and grant read access. No separate data export, no second source.
OEE score, this shift output, this shift target, downtime, top-3 issues, quality percentage. Mark the cells, place on a wall template. Conditional colors: green above 85% OEE, red below.
Industrial-grade TV or rugged signage monitor above the line. Type the activation code. Fresh numbers every 15 minutes. During internet outages: the last values stay visible 24-72 hours from cache.
Your shift lead fills an Excel tracker for every breakdown. Output counts come from the PLC, OEE calculation runs nightly. Daily numbers are ready — but nobody sees them until the morning meeting.
With a production board on the shop floor every shift worker becomes co-owner of the number. Output sits above the line, target sits next to it, the gap is visible to everyone. Make the gap visible and deviation drops — not through surveillance, through focus.
Manufacturing-specific US players (Valotalive, Rise Vision) offer this in English. For BE-Dutch or DACH-German there is no mature alternative. We are here, with NL/FR/DE flow including helpcenter and local-language support.
Templates that work in BE manufacturing and DACH Mittelstand.
OEE score (big number in the middle), availability + performance + quality as sub-numbers below. Target bar for the shift. Conditional color red below 70%, orange 70-85%, green above 85%.
Production output this shift (left), target this shift (right), percentage gap (below). Visible at every shift handover: did we hit what we set out for?
Total downtime this shift, top-3 issue categories, average MTTR. For maintenance teams who know what to start on tomorrow.
First-pass yield, scrap percentage, complaint count, quality target. For lines where every scrap percentage point is a direct cost.
Top-3 shifts this month by OEE score, with number and trend. Healthy competition between morning, afternoon and night shifts, without sending Excel emails around.
Days-without-incident, 5S score from last audit, EHS focus points. For wall visibility of what too often only gets discussed in meeting rooms.

At a BE paper mill where we set this up this month: before installation only the site manager looked at OEE numbers, once a day. After two weeks of production board: shift leads discussed their number at every break. OEE score on that line rose 4 percentage points in the first month.
Manufacturing in Flanders and DACH has historically strong industrial automation but mediocre human-machine visibility. A NL/FR/DE production board on the wall closes that gap — with the Excel workbook already in use.
Yes. As long as your PLC or MES updates an Excel workbook on SharePoint or OneDrive nightly or more frequently, we read the values. We do not have a direct PLC connection — Excel is the intermediate layer.
Every 15 minutes default. Want faster? Pro tier supports 5-minute sync. For sub-minute updates we recommend connecting directly to the PLC via a different tool — we are the Excel layer, not the PLC layer.
Yes. A production screen that goes black during internet-down is unusable. Our cache keeps the last values 24-72 hours. A broken connection shows at the top of the screen; numbers stay visible.
Industrial-grade signage monitor 50-65 inch at 1080p or 4K. Anti-glare for light incidence. No regular TV — those do not have 24/7 burn-in protection. We do not deliver hardware ourselves, but work with integrators who can provide a complete solution.
Yes. Each line gets its own screen with its own Excel source (or its own tab). Central management from Gibeon CMS: changing the shift template updates all lines at once, or per line individually.
No problem. One Gibeon workspace, screens in multiple countries. Locale per screen — NL factory shows NL labels, FR factory FR labels, DE factory DE labels. Excel workbook can live centrally on a main SharePoint.
Two options: a fixed target cell in Excel (e.g. cell A1 = "85%"), or a formula that calculates the target per shift/day. We just read what is in the cell — Excel does the math.
Pro tier €99/month covers 10 screens. Four production boards + one in the canteen + one in the reporting room = six screens, well within budget. No per-line price, no per-OEE-track price.
